The plasmids used to reprogram somatic cells, and the resulting iPS cells (Yu et al., 2007) are now available.
The reprogramming plasmids, as well as other plasmids developed by our lab, are being distributed through addgene.
The following iPS cells are being distributed by our lab:
iPS(IMR90) clones 1, 2, 3, & 4
iPS(foreskin) clones 1, 2, 3, & 4
